Returns & Refunds Policy

At MNKY HABITS, we want your little ones to feel comfy and confident in every piece they wear. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help 💛

Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges on all items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange:

• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Tags and original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase must be provided

To request an exchange, please fill out this form.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
• All exchanges depend on stock availability
  

→ If the size you need is sold out, store credit may be issued instead

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Colour or style preference
• Items no longer needed

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email us at hello@mnkyhabits.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the fault
• Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved:

• A replacement will be offered (if stock is available), or
• A full refund will be issued

MNKY HABITS will cover return shipping for approved faulty items.

Return Shipping Fee

For size exchanges:

• Customer covers return shipping

For approved faulty returns:

• MNKY HABITS covers all shipping fees

Small Batch Disclaimer

We produce in limited quantities to reduce waste 🌱
If a size or style sells out, it might not return - so we highly recommend checking our size guide or contacting us before placing your order.
